Terence Donovan's (1936 – 1996), Terence Donovan might have been a great photographer. He may just have been in the right place at the right time. However something I heard him say made me laugh. In TV film of him, he is shown with a model out in a field somewhere taking photographs. He has his assistant running around fetching and carrying and I suspect that he was showing off to the TV cameras. He keeps saying, after each instruction to the assistant, "come on, speedalight, speedalight" meaning, of course, 'Hurry up, speed of light, speed of light'. Close Window
