A domain name, i.e. 'your name' .com, .co.uk, .biz, .org etc. all subject to availability, will cost between £5 and £30 per year. Server rental can cost from as little as £40 per year. With that you can have your own e-mail addresses yourname@yourcompany.co.uk or .com etc.. Updates are chargeable as and when you want them.
